My company, ATM Systems Corporation, contracts with hotels across the U.S. to provide ATM services.  The Crowne Plaza JFK Airport hotel was one of our clients. We installed a brand new ATM and custom cabinet in February 2008 (at our sole cost).  With no warning, the hotel was shut down  -- doors locked, no staff, no answering of phones, nothing.  We are simply trying to remove our assets.  Can anyone provide suggestions or guidance as to how we can reclaim what is ours?

I knew nothing about Kronos...but now understand what a mistake we made by doing business with them.
