Folks just wanted to give you all a heads up.  Kronos and their attorneys have both been on the site several times surfing the forums and chat room.  Although I will not attempt to stop them as they are allowed here like anyone else (besides they are so screwballed they probably need this site so they know whats goin on with their own company...or lack thereof)

So if you have any litigation ongoing with them or any other reasons you do not want them to know you please be aware of this when using real names.  I welcome Kronos and their Attorneys on the site.  I welcome them to see that as a grp we are done allowing them to get away with the atrocities that have been going on all over the united states with their employees and venders and governments.  And since i know they will see this I invite them to give us all a Statement to be posted on the site.  Whatever they wish good or bad I will post it if they are willing to come out of their cave and speak.  I try to watch everyone who actually signs on to see if they are them.  Unfortunately they are cowards and will not actually register.  They  go into the chat rooms as guests and do not post in forums so we can not actually see who they are..even I cant.  Just wanted to give everyone that heads up.

Please if you respond to this thread keep it civil as I do not want this to turn into a bashing session.  Kronos does not need the couple thousand people that have logged on here (almost 2k!) bashing them and making them look bad...they do a good enough job of that on their own.  Lets give them a chance to respond. 

In Closing I will say Chucky, I formally invite you or any of your representatives to email me or call me..you know my number I am sure since I have left you a message requesting a statement on your voicemail with a return phone number to reach me at...everyone sure knows yours...and give us a statement as to what you are doing to better the situation for the current employees (do you even have any left?) that are under your banner.  We as a group have decided that we will not rest, nor give up what we have started until we see this all the way through.  You want us to leave you alone....give us a reason to please.  Thank you and I hope to hear from you.

Ok so coffee is a wonderful invention.  Anyway..If there has been a change in ownership like they would like us to believe, which in their defense they never actually said but, it was inferred.  And we, myself included almost fell for it.  And if anyone wants to claim there has been then why is this still a FOREIGN LLC.   So after all this Chucky and the boys get to keep ownership?  No freakin way.  It cant happen it wont happen we cant let it happen.  This about those people out there that we dont even know about that are being terrorized by all this.  So if anyone has anything to prove me wrong please let me know.  A Secretary of State Document doesnt tell me much since I can create an LLC quite cheaply as well.  What does speak volumes to me is FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.  Ya'll do the math
