Crowne Plaza JFK Airport Hotel

My company, ATM Systems Corporation, contracts with hotels across the U.S. to provide ATM services. The Crowne Plaza JFK Airport hotel was one of our clients. We installed a brand new ATM and custom cabinet in February 2008 (at our sole cost). With no warning, the hotel was shut down -- doors locked, no staff, no answering of phones, nothing. We are simply trying to remove our assets. Can anyone provide suggestions or guidance as to how we can reclaim what is ours?

I knew nothing about Kronos...but now understand what a mistake we made by doing business with them.

Need to find Sunil Mir or Charles by Sept 15th 2009. WE have a court ordered jidjement on them personally

Please help if anyone has seen them recently or know where they may be. They took our money and ran and screwed us too on the Kronos lies.

Ok I have to comment on the new link I just posted on the Macon property.

Ok I am going to have to try to get clarification on this but to me what that is saying is....They didnt start having problems till the economy took a dump. Sorry guys but dont fiddle with my diddle cause that is a total crock of BS. in June of 07 the economy wasnt that bad and they were having these issues right off the bat. What about all the things they have in previous years. Its all the same stuff its just more public knowlege then it has in the past.

My other point is he says his clients havent had any dealing with the Macon Hotel. Oh please dont tell me they are going to play the name game with this one too. Yes we all realize its legal name is Portfolio-Macon LLC but again dont diddle with our fiddles we all know they are the same people. But I guess if they are paying him he should consider himself fortunate and continue with this horrible game they are playing.

But why would you spout this kind of stuff when you know so many people around the country are involved and not expect to get called out on it. Makes no sense to me. anyway thats my 2 cents worth.

Ok I have updated the liens and lawsuits with a few new things. I believe I said it was Raj who had the federal tax lien for pyroll taxes in a previous email its actually big brother Sunil.

also there is a bankruptcy case from march of this year.

A suit from 2007 that is still going on for services rendered in the tune of 170k+ dollars only to be paid with a novelty rubby check.

Our case against that has been updated, our attorney filed for them to take their depositions on may 21st

Brunswick and Augusta have been sold in foreclosure (nice try kronos..lol)

Well just go to the section and check them out. As always if they dont work or if they are taking to long to load just shoot me and email I will be more then happy to send you a copy of whatever you are trying to read via email.

I will try this week, no promises, to update thats section even more as several big cases have been closed and added onto such as the case With Deb Stout and Jeanie Cole (I hope I spelled them right...if not, sorry ladies) and severl other cases that I need to update.

Although things have slowed down and the information has been trickling in at best I have not stopped. I will not stop. This will continue until we are confident someone finally steps in and makes sure these guys go out of business and never are able to get a business license again. Even after all this they still continue to blatantly violate laws and abuse a system that just doesnt seem to care. Well we do care and we will continue to care. Noone should ever have to work for crooks like this. Absolutely noone.

I truly hope everyone is doing well and would like to see some of you sometime again on here. Howsabout like Weds night at 8pm EST we go to the chat room and just say hello. Its been awhile.

puttheminprison(one of my favorite names on here btw) thank you for your condolences. It was my grandmother whom raised me from the time I was in 2nd grade. She meant alot to me but I know she is not suffering and I know she went knowing how much I loved her. If it were not for her I probably would not be here on this site right now fighting like I am...I learned to fight from the best Anyway I will be doing a blog as well soon talking about her.

Thanks again to all of you for your support in myself and eachother through these past several months (wow its been 7 months). Without going into alot of details I know we have all made a difference in our industry, and we have made a few new friends along the way.

And on a final note I would like to sincerely thank again Mr. Tom Clyde of Dow Lohnes PLLC for caring enough to believe in what we are doing here and standing up for our rights.

At first I was quite skeptical but, after doing some research I have to come the conclusion via IP Trace (they are from Malaysia which I can positively confirm) and other resources have come to the conclusion this is a legit email that was sent to me just the other day and figured I would share it with you all. w-2's and the middle of September

I was freed from Kronos in September (Holiday Inn Lansing) and am now working for Winegardner and Hammonds. (Radisson Lansing). My question is I got one w-2 from Alphastaff and one from Adp. I do not have my final check stubs but believe these are accurate. Do we know or does anyone have an ideas if this would be the ones if one would recieve through Mid-september.

3 new leins that were able to be found just for the month of Feb totalling $252922.09 Against Charles and company.

One of them is from guest supply against Sunil Mir and looks like a personal address unless that is a hotel. But it looks like he screwed up and put himself as the guarantor.

Also I just had a very long conversation with the IRS. A very long good conversation. They will most likely be wanting to speak with people here in the near future so if you are willing to speak either say so in this post or shoot me a private message with your information so I can pass it on to them when they get back to me.

Also anyone from the PA properties that would like to donate information..well..now is the time. I am not going to go into why because I know they read these forums but if you would like to know more or why even if you are not from these properties shoot me a private message and I will be more then happy to share the information.

dubois hotel

Any former employee from the DuBois Hotel willing or able to confirm for me the story of the hotel's closing in October '08? When I called to find out what was going on then, the sales manager told me the hotel was having water line problems and had to close for construction/repairs. With the most recent closing in January '09 and when I started digging into the "management" of the hotel by the Kronos owners I grew suspicious about the "water line repairs" excuse I got in October. Any truth to the rumor I heard that the hotel owed a $9000 water bill and that was the real water line problem they were having?
